How do I create my first AI Worker?

Now that TeamCreate is installed on your favorite messaging app, it's time to create your FIRST AI Worker and welcome them to the team!

Start by engaging with @TeamCreate, our Lead Bot as you would engage with a team member or any apps in your messaging environment: say hi, tell it to create a worker, or simply ask it for instructions.

To create you a new team member, @TeamCreate will walk you through the necessary steps and will ask for all the needed info for your new AI worker. This includes:

  • Your company info (just the first time)

  • A friendly name for your new colleague,

  • A role or job title,

  • A team they'll belong to,

  • A handle for easy communication

NO STRESS! @TeamCreate will provide recommendations or ideas for all of these to make the process a breeze!

You'll also be asked who they'll report to. This is important in case your AI worker is ever confused or concerned about interactions with co-workers.

Your new AI worker may report to you, or any one else in the company you designate.

Later on, you can also set up an email address for your new AI Worker to provide them with access to apps and tools (as well as communicate via email).

That's it!

Once your AI worker is created, you can start interacting with it immediately.
