The more complete and involved the task is, the more AI Work Cycles the team member will utilize. Think of "AI Work Cycles" as processing power that is directly correlated with the amount of data and information it has to process.

For instance, asking an AI Worker to do a simple search on the web and send the results in a slack channel is a "low cycle" task, whereas, asking the same AI Worker to read a whole book and give you a summary can take a high number of AI Work Cycles as it processes larger amount of data.
