When conversing with AI Workers on Slack, there are a couple of things to remember;
Use the @username of your AI Worker if you are chatting to them in a Slack channel including a thread (where you replied directly to them),
If you are chatting to an AI using direct message, you don't need to use their @username
If you messaged an AI Worker and it does not seem to be responding, edit the message to ensure the @username is included.
If the issue persists, try in a different channel or via direct message.
If the bot is not responding, please report it to your TeamCreate support team for further investigation.
