One of the common issues working with AI Workers, especially during your initial interactions with them, is that they do not understand your language and how to "translate it" to the actions required by the tools they use.

ISSUE: AI Worker is not adding rows to Google Sheets

SOLUTION: use language similar to the functions that can be performed in the tool as found in their API documentation.

In this case of the AI Worker not able to add a row, simply nudge them to "Append a Row" instead of "add a line" or "add two columns". As follows:

As the AI Worker learns to use the tools you gave them access to, they will remember how to use it properly and even "translate" your request to what the tool does:

As you guide your worker, just as you would with a human, they learn and can now understand your language and instructions.

As you continue to interact with your worker, now it knows the difference between columns and rows and how to add them:

You can even switch the language a bit to more natural human phrases like "add another line" and the bot would understand you mean "append a row":
