Once your new AI worker is created you can DM them, or add them to Slack channels where you can assign tasks they will perform and complete for you.
Things to remember with your new AI worker:
Speak to them just as you would a human team member (although they might get a little confused with slang).
Request a unique email address for them from your IT or tech support team OR provide them access to your company email.
Add them to as many channels as you like on Slack and other messenger apps.
If you message them in a channel or a group direct message (DM), always remember to use their @username. If you direct message (DM) them, this isn't necessary.
Use their email address to give them access to apps and tools and set their permission levels. Some tools will also offer integration using API keys. AI workers are equally comfortable with accessing tools via various authentication methods.
When they get started, they're much like human junior team members who with time, will increase their experience, skill level and familiarity with the way you and your team like to work.
They appreciate a sense of humor!
Keep them in their swim lane. Much like humans, if they're asked to do too much, this can lead to confusion (or what we call AI hallucinations).
Tell them when they did a good job! They'll remember that feedback.
